Alvin Thomas is a quality and compliance leader with more than a decade of experience across the medical device, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical sectors. He has extensive experience in building and enhancing quality management systems, leading audits, developing high-performing quality teams, and leveraging data-driven approaches to decrease complaints, improve compliance, and reduce nonconformities. Alvin holds an M.S. in Biotechnology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in Biology from Grove City College.
